Totoy Shipping S de RL de CV ("Cabo Shipping"), located inCabo San Lucas, Baja California Sur, México, is responsible for the processing of your personal data under Mexico's Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP). Data we collect

Name, email, phone number, shipment origin and destination addresses, and package details (dimensions, weight, contents, and declared value) that you provide in our quote and contact forms.

Purposes

We use your data to prepare and send quotes, provide the contracted shipping service, issue waybills and transport documentation, track your shipment, and communicate with you about your request.

Transfers

Your data is shared only with DHL Express and the relevant customs authorities, to the extent necessary to carry out the shipment. We never sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation, or objection (ARCO), and withdraw consent, by writing toinfo@caboshipping.com. We will respond within the timeframes established by law.
